Membership is open to adults 18 and over with a diagnosis of a serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, depression or bi-polar disorder.  We recommend that your first step is to come visit us and take a tour.  Call us at 243-6929 to set up a time.

If you like what you see, we will give you an application to complete.  Along with the application, we will also ask you to provide us with a recent psychiatric assessment and a recent (perhaps the last 2-3 years) psycho-social history.  Case managers and/or psychiatrists and counselors can often provide this information.  Passageway staff is available to give you any assistance you need, to provide medical releases if necessary and to answer any questions.

All members are asked to abide by our Mutual Support Policy when they become members.  Violations of this policy can lead to temporary or permanent loss of membership.
